Manningham United Blues FC are thrilled to announce a significant partnership that will mark a pivotal chapter in the evolution of youth development: the collaboration between Manningham United Blues FC and Pescara Calcio Academy.

By joining forces, MUBFC and Pescara Calcio Academy aim not only to provide a high-level technical learning environment but also to create a cultural and sporting bridge between Italy and Australia. The Delfino Academy Australia becomes the hub where emerging talent meets excellence, a reference point for young soccer enthusiasts aspiring to an extraordinary future.
MUBFC will incorporate the Pescara Academy program with select Miniroos and Junior Girls members.
The “MUBFC Pescara Academy” will be held weekly with the guidance of Pescara Football Staff whilst also aligning with MUBFC’s Miniroos and Junior Girls Programs.
In addition to MUBFC Pescara academy, MUBFC will host seasonal talent identification camps for members and externals that will be run in person by Pescara Coaching Staff at Pettys Reserve. The camps will give the Pescara Coaching Staff the opportunity to identify elite football talent for invitation to participate at the Pescara Delfino Academy in Abruzzo Italy.
This collaboration allowed for our high ability Miniroo boy and girls, as well as high ability community girls to participate in a dedicated Pescara Training session each week.
With the guidance and expertise of Alex Di Paolo, who will be the Director of our MUBFC & Pescara Acadamy we will be offering this exclusive third night of training for your team, which will be in accordance with the Pescara Philosophy and Training Program, held at Petty Reserve Templestowe.
The Pescara Head Development coach will also attend MUFC home grounds and run a camp yearly, around the April time frame. This camp is open to internal and external member as part of a talent ID program. Selected high ability players will be invited to trial with at the International Academy in Italy.
MUFC in conjunction with Pescara Calcio will be inviting selected teams to travel to Italy to play against top level Italian squads to crate a pathway for players at MUFC.
