We have a number of policies which help us to provide a safe environment, they can be found on our policies page
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our youngest participants. Our coaches are trained to create a positive learning environment, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and respect.
Volunteers are the backbone of our club. We ensure that all volunteers are appropriate to work with children if in a child-facing role, including Working with Children Checks where appropriate, we are rolling out safeguarding training to equip them with the knowledge to support our participants effectively.
We encourage children and young people to speak up if they ever feel unsafe. It’s important that they know their voice matters and that help is always available. Watch this video to learn more about how we can support children to be heard:
